Arman House 2

Arman House 2

The Mirdamad renovation project was developed with a strong focus on balancing design quality, material selection, and cost management. The interior was redesigned based on the client’s needs, lifestyle, and personal preferences, with each space carefully adapted to create a more functional and cohesive home.
In the kitchen, the cabinet layout was completely redesigned, while the existing ceramic flooring was replaced with parquet flooring to create a warmer and more refined atmosphere. All bathrooms and sanitary spaces were also redesigned and completed according to the color palette selected by the client.
The original apartment included two old fireplaces, located in the living room and the TV room. As part of the renovation, the living room fireplace was removed, while the fireplace in the TV room was converted into an electric fireplace. The TV room itself was designed with a simple and minimalist approach to maintain visual consistency with the overall interior concept.
The cooling system of the residence includes air conditioning and split units, while heating is provided through a radiator-based central heating system.
Overall, the project aimed to achieve a functional, cost-efficient residential renovation that responds to the client’s needs while maintaining a high standard of design, material quality, and execution.
