We are honored to have won the Hotel Residence Renovation Design Competition, transforming this prestigious complex into a luxurious and contemporary space. Originally designed to host royal and VIP guests during their extended stays in Tehran, this project merges heritage with modern elegance. The renovation introduces high-end interior design, bespoke luxury suites, and exclusive hospitality experiences tailored to different guest needs. With 12 distinct suite layouts, we have optimized space and functionality to enhance comfort and exclusivity.
